Refund policy

PROCESSING TIME: Our current processing time will be noted on the front page of our website. Please note that processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your package for shipping and is in addition to shipping time. Shipping time, provided to you by the courier your choose at checkout, is the estimated time that the courier will need to deliver your package to you once they receive it.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do not offer returns or refunds, but please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product(s) if you do have any problems with your order. We only replace/exchange items if your order arrives defective, has an error or is missing an item. If you you do need to exchange an item, due to damage, for the same item, send us an email at mouseonmainstreet@gmail.com and send your item to:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All refund requests must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. 


REFUNDS (only if applicable)

If we have spoken with you and offered a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you haven’t received your refund yet but did receive the email notification that it had been processed, please check with your bank or. credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mouseonmainstreet@gmail.com.


SHIPPING 

If a refund has been previously agreed upon for reasons other than a replacement or exchange of items due to your order arriving defective, with an error or missing item , you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
