Shipping policy

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES: Our current processing time will be noted on the front page of our website. Please note that processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your package for shipping and is in addition to shipping time. Shipping time, provided to you by the courier your choose at checkout, is how long it takes the courier to deliver you package to you once they receive it.

Our processing time can vary but you can always find our current processing time on the front page of our website.  We will also confirm our processing time in your confirmation email. A RUSH MY ORDER can be purchased during or or after you have already purchased to jump your order to the top of our queue. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class shipping unless a different courier is selected at checkout. Standard USPS estimates are 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. 

When your order is ready to be shipped, tracking details will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that was provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the provided tracking information to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  You can contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Mouse on Main Street has no control over these charges or delays.  Please make sure you are aware of your country's custom policy. 

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges.  Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. 

DELIVERED PACKAGES 

We do not take responsibility for any missing package that has been marked as delivered. Please reach out directly to your local office.  In most cases, the are able to assist with tracking the package down.
